Our clinic is situated at the intersection of Henri Bourassa E Boulevard and Saint Michel Boulevard in the district of Montreal-North. Our team is pleased to offer complete services in general and cosmetic dentistry overseen by owner Dr. Mike Percio, who has been practicing and managing the clinic with passion and enthusiasm since 1989. Dentist and Owner
Dr. Mike Percio
Dr. Percio was born and raised in Montreal. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from McGill University in 1983, majoring in Human Physiology. He then earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from McGill University in 1988. He continued his dental education by completed a General Practice Residency at the Montreal General Hospital before opening Clinique Dentaire Percio on August 15th, 1989.
Dr. Percio has been practicing general dentistry for over 34 years and has lots of experience in the field. His multi-disciplinary interest and approach to dentistry has allowed him to expand the range of the services offered at the clinic which include cosmetic dentistry, pediatric dentistry, crown and bridge work, and removable prosthodontics (dentures, partials). He has also ventured into oral surgery (select wisdom teeth extraction) and endodontics (root canals).
Dentistry is Dr. Percio’s passion. Education is one of his main priorities as a dentist. He was an assistant professor at McGill University in radiology from 1989 to 2001. He also continues to learn the latest techniques and technologies by attending numerous international seminars every year.
Dr. Percio is very active in social networking in the dental community. He is an active member of the Montreal Dental Club and was president from 1996 to 1997. He is also a member of the Société Dentaire de Laval. Furthermore, he is actively involved in planning his dental reunions with the graduating class of McGill University of 1988.
Dr. Percio also strives to provide utmost care to his patients. He is appreciated for his honesty, his empathy and his willingness to go above and beyond for his patients.
Outside of the office, Dr. Percio values spending time with his daughter and wife. He enjoys travelling, playing tennis, and downhill skiing.
Dentist
Dr. Tina Martino
Dr. Tina Martino earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology and Immunology (cum laude) from McGill University in 1993. She then spent two years conducting research at the Montreal Children’s Hospital Research Institute in the department of Biochemical Genetics, and published her work with the world-renowned Dr. Charles Scriver. She then went on to earn her Doctorate in Dental Surgery in 1999 also from McGill University. She joined Clinique Dentaire Percio in 2005 where she enjoys the excellent support of her team in providing her patients with a personable experience.
Dr. Martino provides comprehensive care in general and cosmetic dentistry including Invisalign, restoring implants, oral surgery, periodontal treatments, crowns, and bridges. She stays current with the latest advances in dentistry, by attending training seminars and continuing education courses each year in all aspects of dentistry. It is her goal to help patients feel comfortable with dental treatment and make them more confident about their smiles.
In her free time, she enjoys dancing, hiking, painting, creating jewelry, and spending time with her family and friends.
